DAY 01 : ARRIVE CALICUT
On arrival in Wayanad,check in at your pre-booked hotel.Evening free at your own leisure.Overnight at hotel.
DAY 02 : WAYNAD
After breakfast in the morning go for full day city tour of Wayanad. This is one of the districts in Kerala that have been able to retain its pristine nature. This green paradise is nestled among the mountains of western ghat and is located at a distance of 76 km from the nearest sea-shore of Kozhikode.
It is also known as Muthanga Wildlife sanctuary, Wayanad is a remote rainforest reserve connected to Bandipur National Park in Karnataka and Mudumalai Sanctuary in Tamil Nadu.
It offers excellent wildlife viewing opportunities, an insight into tribal culture evocative of earlier centuries, trekking and other adventure activities, and a variety of remote monuments. The hills, rocks and valleys which give shape to the very unique terrain of Wayanad provide for exceptional adventure experiences. For wildlife enthusiasts and nature lovers, Wayanad's wildlife sanctuaries are must visit destinations. Established in the year 1973, the Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary is about 344 sq km in extent. The Sanctuary exists as two bits. Tholpetty, near Mananthavady is contiguous with Nagarhole of Karnataka. The Muthanga-Bathery-Kurichiat ranges are nearer to Sulthan bathery, bordering Mudumalai of Tamil Nadu and Bandipur of Karnataka. Rich in biodiversity, the sanctuary is an integral part of the Nilgiri Biosphere Reserve, which has been established with the specific objective of conserving the biological and cultural heritage of the region.
DAY 03 : WAYNAD - ATHIRAPPALLY
In the morning , after breakfast.drive to Athirapally.Upon arrival check in at your pre-booked hotel After short rest leave hotel for sightseeing of Athirapally.Athirapally is known for its Water fall located at the entrance to Sholayar ranges.
Athirapally waterfall is a popular picnic spot. Affording to the onlookers, one of the most bewitching sights, Athirappally Falls is about 80 feet high and located in the forest area. Combined with the greenery, it infuses freshness into any tired soul. The Athirapally Falls join the Chalakkudy River after plummeting a drop of 80 feet.
A tranquil and much needed escape from the troubles and stress of life. Let the soothing sounds take you to some of natures most relaxing places - the beautiful waterfalls of Athirampally and Vazhachal (Prounced as vaazhachaal).

DAY 04 : ATHIRAPPALLY - MUNNAR VIA KODANADU ELEPHANT TRAINING CENTER
190 KMS/ 118 MILES 5 HOURS DRIVE
After breakfast, in the morning , enjoy a refreshing drive to the enchanting hill station of Munnar via Kodanadu Elephant training center which is also home to the world’s largest tea–growing estates. Check in at hotel. Go on sightseeing tour of Munnar, including Mattupetty, Pothamedu, Devikulam, Pallivasal and Attukal. Back to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 05 : MUNNAR
In the morning after breakfast, full day sightseeing of Munnar.Munnar is set amid dramatic mountain scenery is what was once known as the high range of Trvancore, the hill town of Munnar is the commercial centre of some of the world’s highest tea-growing estates.the combination of the craggy peaks, manicured tea estates and crisp mountain air makes Munnar an ideal retreat.Come back hotel for overnight stay.
DAY 06 : MUNNAR - THEKKADY
In the morning after breakfast drive to Thekkady.On arrival check in to your pre-booked hotel.After short rest go for sightseeing tour of Thekkady. Thekkady in Kerala State , India 's largest wildlife sanctuary is a dream destination for any tourist visiting India . The 120 years old 'Surki' dam built across Peryiar, Poorna in Vedic parlance, is a major tourist attraction. This sanctuary is spread over an area of 777 Sq.Kms, surrounded by an artificial lake over an area of 25 Sq.Kms.
Thekkady is famous for the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Periyar is south India’s most popular wildlife sanctuary.It encompasses an area of 777 sq km, with a 26 sq km artificial lake, created by British in 1895.It is home to bison,antelopes,sambar,wild boar,monkeys, langur, a variety of birds, some elephants and tigers.
Come back hotel for overnight stay.
DAY 07 : THEKKADY - HOUSEBAOT
In the morning, have your breakfast on the traditional rice boat or “Kettuvollam” at your own pace. Enjoy your sail through the picturesque backwaters constituted by a meandering network of lakes, canals, lagoons, rivers et al. Take pleasure in a tranquil flow of time with beautiful sceneries spread across by the interesting complement of land and water. Overnight stay at the houseboat.
DAY 08 : HOUSEBOAT - KOVALAM BEACH
Morning breakfast on board. Today proceed further towards Kovalam. On arrival check in at your pre booked hotel.Evening free at your own leisure. Overnight at Hotel.
DAY 09 : KOVALAM BEACH

DAY 10 : KOVALAM - TRIVANDRUM
In the morning after breakfast.leave for Trivendrum for your onwards journey.
